The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company:

1.            Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Ordinary Shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back); and

2.            Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate").

A statement/circular containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
