KUALA LUMPUR BEARING POSTAL ADDRESS OF LOT 92, LOT 93, LOT 40, LOT 41, LOT 244, LOT 687, LOT 241, LOT 379 AND LOT 239, JALAN PUTRA, 50350 KUALA LUMPUR, W.P. KUALA LUMPUR TO SOLID INTEREST SDN. We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 17 July 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

  1. the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation, and the market value of the 9 plots of land.
  2. breakdown of the intended utilisation of RM94.8m allocated for working capital purposes and to provide explanatory note for each item.
  3. breakdown of the intended utilisation of RM50m allocated for capital expenditure and to provide explanatory note for each item.
  4. a statement by the board of directors stating whether the Disposal is in the best interests of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad.
