Transactions (Chapter 10 Of Listing Requirements) : Recurrent Related Party Transactions

Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH") wishes to announce that the Company and/or its subsidiaries ("TCMH Group") have entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature in the ordinary course of business ("RRPTs") with Warisan TC Holdings Berhad ("WTCH") and/or its subsidiaries ("WTCH Group"), APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("APM") and/or its subsidiaries ("APM Group"), and Directors and major shareholders of TCMH Group and persons connected with them (collectively, "Related Parties") during the period from 31 May 2025 to 2 October 2025, the aggregate percentage ratio of which is 1% or more, as more particularly described in the attachment herewith.
