The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (“TCMH”) wishes to inform that the Group has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary (“Subsidiary”), the particulars of which are set out in the table below, under the Labuan Companies Act 1990:

The incorporation of the above Subsidiary has no material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012.
