Contents	We refer to the announcement of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH") made on 1 October 2009 in respect of the Proposed Disposal and provide the following additional information: (i)The basis and method of valuation carried out by Messrs Horwath as set out in the attachment. (ii)The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Proposed Disposal pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements is 0.05% based on the audited financial statements of TCMH for the financial year ended 31 December 2008.
