| Contents | Further to the Company’s announcement dated 23 June 2009 in respect of the above said matter and in reply to the letter dated 24 June 2009 from Bursa Malaysia Berhad to the Company, we wish to furnish the following additional information: 1. The percentage of TCC’s shareholding in TCMH as per the Register of Substantial Shareholders of TCMH as at the date hereof is 46.51%. 2. TCC’s shareholders involved in the compromise and settlement agreement are as follows: (i) Dato’ Tan Heng Chew (ii) Tan Eng Soon (iii) Tan Su Leong (iv) Tan Eng Hwa (v) Tan Eng Keat (vi) Tan Boon Siong (vii) Tan Boon Hooi (viii) Tan Kheng Leong @ Tan Hoy Shoi (ix) Dr Tan Kang Leong (x) Dato’ Tan Kim Hor (xi) Lee Lang (xii) Pang Sew Ha (xiii) Dato’ Tan Boon Pun (xiv) Dato’ Tan Hoe Pin (xv) Dato’ Tan Chee Keong (xvi) Tan Beng Keong (xvii) Tan Ban Leong TCC has confirmed that there will be a progressive release by equal instalments over a period of five years of an aggregate of 12.5923% of the shares in TCMH by TCC to its exiting minority shareholders in exchange for the cancellation of their shares in TCC by way of a selective capital reduction. This announcement is dated 25 June 2009. |
