The Board wishes to inform that the Company will seek new shareholders' mandates on the following proposals at the forthcoming Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting:-
- -Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares; and
- -Proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
A circular containing details of the above proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
