The Board wishes to inform that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened.-
1. Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares; and
2. Renewal of the shareholders’ mandate to allow the Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
