On behalf of the Board of TCMH, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad is pleased to announce that the Proposal has been approved by the shareholders of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 14 October 1999.
The Proposal is still subject to the approval of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange ("KLSE") for the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of APM and WTCH on the Main Board of the KLSE.
