The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad informs that the Group has received notification from the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia  dated 10 July 2014 certifying the registration in the Commercial Register of a wholly-owned subsidiary named T C Motor Sales (Cambodia) Pty. Ltd. [“TCM Sales (Cambodia)”] on 20 June 2014.

TCM Sales (Cambodia) has an authorized and registered capital of KHR4,000,000/- divided into 1,000 shares of KHR4,000/- each. Its principal activity will be trading and marketing of motor vehicles.

The registration of TCM Sales (Cambodia) has no material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
