Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase Its Own Ordinary Shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back"). 2. Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate"). A circular containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. |
