The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (“TCMH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that TCMH has on 24 September 2018 entered into a Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement with Warisan TC Holdings Berhad (“WTCH”) and Comit Communication Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd (“CCT”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of WTCH, to regulate the relationship of the parties as shareholders through equity participation by TCMH in CCT (“Joint Venture”).
