The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will seek shareholders' approval on the following proposals at the forthcoming Forty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company:

1. Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Ordinary Shares ("Proposed Share Buy-Back); and

2. Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate"). 

A statement/circular containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
