The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (“TCMH” or “the Company”) is pleased to inform that the Group has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely TC iTech (Labuan) Pte Ltd [“TC iTech (Labuan)”], the particulars of which are set out in the table below, under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990:
The incorporation of TC iTech (Labuan) is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, gearing or net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. None of the Directors and substantial shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of TC iTech (Labuan). This announcement is dated 7 March 2019. |
