We refer to our announcement dated 26 July 2019 pertaining to the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") by TC Services Vietnam Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("the Company") with SAIC Motor International Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, the largest automobile group in China, to cooperate with each other in the Vietnam market on CKD assembly, sales and distribution, as well as on imported CBU sales of certain automobile brand of products. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that discussions are on-going per the MOU. This announcement is dated 25 October 2019. |
