| Pursuant to the WTCH Dividend, a shareholder of TCMH entitled to the WTCH Dividend will receive, on a pro rata basis, 50 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in WTCH in respect of every 1,000 ordinary shares held in the Company as at the entitlement date. Shareholders should note that their entitlements to the shares in WTCH pursuant to the WTCH Dividend will be credited to the same Central Depository System Account as shown in the Record of Depositors as at the Books Closure Date. Subject to the above, the WTCH Dividend will be distributed within one (1) month from the Books Closure Date. Shareholders are also reminded that pursuant to the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1998, all shares not deposited with Malaysian Central Depository Sdn. Bhd. by 12:30 p.m. on 1 December 1998 and not exempted from mandatory deposit should have been transferred to the Ministry of Finance ("MoF"). As such, the entitlement to the WTCH Dividend will accrue to and all accompanying documents thereof will be forwarded to the MoF. |
