the foregoing. You shall also procure the consent of your proxy appointed to attend any general meeting of TCMH on your
behalf whose personal data is provided to us by you for any purpose relating to the general meeting.
In accordance with the Act, the Notice is issued in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of inconsistency
between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version, the English version shall prevail.
